Simply amazing Art + TV – The whole family absolutely loves The Frame. It’s become the center piece of our living room. The non reflective screen does make it look like art hanging on the wall, only more vibrant. Family photos look great. It’s as thick as my thumb and sits almost flush against the wall. The thin long almost transparent wire running to the power unit was a great idea. It sits several feet away out of sight. If I could I’d replace all TVs in the house with The Frames.

Love it! – We couldn’t decide if we wanted a commissioned piece of art or tv in our living room so we compromised with the Frame TV. Really happy with the quality and install was super easy!

Really Great Upgrade for Us – I’ll start with a disclaimer: This is our first SmartTV having upgraded from a 20 year old Sony Bravia, so our expectations on certain things should be considered in this review.

Great TV but the cord situation is TERRIBLE – I love my 55inch Frame tv so I bought at 32 inch version for my daughter. It doesn’t come with the “invisible cable”. Now I have this tv on my wall with the thickest lamest cable. I can’t put the cable in the wall so I thought the Frame tv was a good option. The invisible cable which isn’t that invisible but much better than the piece of junk they provided with this tv is like $200. I regret buying this tv. Now I need to hire another person to make it look presentable.

Thick Cord and Art Mode Not Working – I have to say that I am super disappointed in this TV. I have another Frame TV and I LOVE the thin transparent cord it came with as well as the art mode. This TV does not have either function. I was sent a very thick and very visible gray cord instead of the thin transparent wire to connect to the one connect box. Also, the art mode doesn’t work on this TV – I set it on night mode so that the artwork is displayed during the day and when there is darkness in the room it turns off – this works perfectly on my other Frame TV but the 32″ version that I just purchased does not work at all, it will only display for a minute and then turns off again.

Defective, unresponsive seller – TV has “blooming” dark shows and movies will have smears of white that are very distracting. Seller is unresponsive. Not worth 2K
