Fantastic! – It’s been almost 15 years since we bought our Bravia we replaced with this one. It’s been a great tv, but wow this is something! The picture is crisp and clear and bright. Almost 3d. The sound is great and as you can see even the cats like the realistic display and sound. The 48 inch size is perfect for our smaller den. Absolutely recommend.

Superb picture quality – The best thing about this Sony is the superb picture quality. I “upgraded” from a 42″ TV to a 48″ TV since this was the smallest OLED Sony TV. I also wanted a TV with a substantial base, not a couple of small legs. The package arrived with a defective remote control. I called Sony and received a new remote the following week. The only negative was that I wanted delivery to the inside of my house with removal of the packaging. This is what I completed on the Amazon site, but when the TV was delivered, I was told by the driver that he didn’t have time. I was not billed by Amazon for this service.

Misleading information – I like the tv but I was torn between getting the LG C1 48 inch, the Samsung and the Sony I picked this one but I was disappointed to learn this tv does not have a refresh rate of 120hz and on the specs it says refresh rate 120hz so I would advise before you purchase a tv go on the actual site and look at the specs. Other than that I love the interface more than my lg oled and its easy to go to apps and find them like my roku qled tv and my fire tv I just wish I could game on the sony without going into game mode and diminishing the quality to get the full effect . the first picture is sony and the last is LG and as you can see all LG hdmi ports are 120hz
