      Backlight died in 7 months – The backlight went out in only 7 months. We are trying to work with TCL to get it fixed under the warranty but have not had success yet. If you buy a TCL, pay for the store’s extended warranty. Otherwise, consider a different brand.

      Black Screen after bad software update and no fix from TCL – Black screen after 7 months due to bad software update from TCL. Trying with TCL customer care. Still no success. Don’t go for this TV else buy extended warranty from store.
