Sound quality is poor – So far, it appears to work well and it’s a good value for the price. Not the best picture, and poor sound, but the app software runs well and it works as a good standalone streaming television.

NO REGRETS – We had some issues with delivery but a lady named Emily took great care of us ! Customer service was GREAT and she kept us updated with every detail. We decided purchase another TV after buying one last year during Black Friday. We recently just bought a house so we needed another tv for our kids bedroom. We haven’t set this one up yet but if it’s anything like the one we bought last year then it will be well worth the money! 11/10 stars for customer service ! Thank you Emily !
