Good Value – Replacing a non-smart TV from 2112. Things have definitely changed since then! Much cheaper than the original and a larger screen. Since all my services are accessed through my cable box I don’t really need all the bells and whistles but I can see the great potential. Following online set-up was fairly easy. Only snag was switching from tv to cable box as source of programming. I’m not sure if a newbie would have figured it out.

Vizio has gone downhill – I was really excited when this tv arrived because I was really happy with our older Vizio. This newer one left me shaking my head and swearing! First I tried to set it up..and it wouldn’t! After trying several times I gave up and called customer service. After being on the phone for 45 minutes and trying everything, the customer service rep gave up and said to return it for a refund, which I did. I really needed a small tv to fit in a cabinet in the great room, so off I went a hunting on Amazon again. I decided to give a Hisense a try, since a friend thought they used to sell them at Costco and they seemed pretty good. Well, not only was it less expensive, but the picture is great and it was easy to set up! I highly recommend it!
